You are required to enter the invoice number which is found at the top in the centre of your invoice and the name to which the invoice was issued, found near the top left corner. Please enter these details in the boxes as shown when redirected.

Please also enter the total amount due (including GST) located at the bottom of your invoice. Only enter the numbers into the box. Do not put in the $ symbol.
